Shipping Policy – Pure Craft Industries

Pure Craft Industries ships commercial fitness equipment throughout the continental United States using standard parcel carriers and freight delivery services based on product size and weight.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (0–149 lbs)

Orders under 150 lbs typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships

Freight Shipping (150+ lbs)

Products weighing 150 lbs or more (including but not limited to strength equipment, cardio machines, and rack systems) require freight delivery.

  • Freight shipping costs are not included at checkout
  • A separate freight quote will be provided after order placement and before shipment
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until the customer reviews and approves the total shipping cost

Freight delivery options may include:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Liftgate service (for residential deliveries)
  • Scheduled delivery appointment

Final delivery method depends on carrier availability and delivery location.

Order Processing Time

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days
  • Custom, backordered, or special-order items may require additional processing time
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email

Total Cost Transparency

All applicable charges, including product price, shipping costs, and applicable taxes, will be clearly communicated and approved prior to shipment.

Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Ensuring delivery access (driveway, doorway clearance, etc.)
  • Being available for scheduled freight deliveries when required

Shipping Damage or Issues

All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  • Notify Pure Craft Industries within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
